We seek a fun, energetic and motivated teacher to join our Centre team.
We are a Centre that values respectful relationships, teamwork, integrity and thoughtfulness, providing primary caregiving and a key teacher approach. Our learning priorities are: Respect, Relationships, Resilience.
We have a full time position for a fully qualified ECE teacher to join our team where teachers are respected and supported to grow. If you are a dedicated teacher, eager to be part of a respectful team then this is an excellent opportunity for you.
We provide our Teachers:
In-training and beginning teachers are welcome to apply. If you are in-training we are happy to offer part-time hours to suit your training.
We would love to hear from you if you think Little Magpies could be the right fit for you. Please email your cover letter and CV to our Centre Manager, Janine Higgins – email@example.com.
If you love spending time with children, then this could be the opportunity for you. Work from the comfort of your own home and combine your love of caring for children in the nurturing environment of your own home while earning an income.
We are looking for educarers who have a level 3 or higher qualification to join our small team. Alternatively, if you are not qualified but keen to join a small, supportive company to help you gain the level 4 qualification we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for people who naturally put children first, make learning fun, and provide a caring and calm environment where children can relax and grow.
If you choose to apply, we will meet with you and talk to you about what comes next. Our recruitment process includes home visits and full police checks of every adult in your household. That is just one of the ways we ensure our children are always safe with our Educarers.
We know that caring for children comes naturally to you, but we are also keen to share our expertise. When you join the Little Magpies team you’ll get access to our support network which will help you deliver the standard of care that our families expect from Little Magpies.
Our Educarers form a community of their own and we like you to play an active role in it. Little Magpies Home Based Childcare includes access to playgroups, music groups and outings. We encourage you to buddy up with other Educarers and benefit from working and playing together.
Our recruitment process includes matching you with the family of the children you care for. Building the right connections is an important part of reassuring parents that their children are in safe hands. We will chat to you about your interests and what’s important to you. That will help us to place children with you who have families like your own.
Our Home Based Educarers are in high demand, but if we don’t have families looking for carers in your area we’ll help you to advertise. Our aim is to make it easy for you to become an Educarer with Little Magpies.
We would love to hear from you if you think Little Magpies could suit you.
